Rehab & Revive is an independent physiotherapy clinic in Phase 7, Sector 61, Mohali — not affiliated with any hospital. If you have been discharged and need rehab closer to home, we treat you at the clinic or at home, working alongside your surgeon's protocol.
Patients discharged from Fortis Hospital, Max Hospital, Ivy Hospital, Livasa Hospital, Shalby Hospital, or any other hospital in Mohali or Chandigarh often need to continue physiotherapy closer to home once the inpatient stay ends. Once you are discharged, you are free to continue that rehabilitation wherever suits you — you are not required to stay with a hospital's own physiotherapy department.

We are not affiliated with, partnered with, or employed by any hospital, and we have no referral arrangement with any hospital named above or otherwise. We simply treat patients who choose to continue their rehabilitation with us after discharge, based on their own surgeon's protocol.
Your discharge summary and any written rehabilitation protocol from your surgeon tell us what surgery you had, what has already been done, and what precautions to follow. Bring them to your first appointment if you have them.
Where a surgeon's protocol has been provided, we coordinate around it rather than replacing it. If anything in your recovery looks like it falls outside that protocol, we tell you to check with your surgeon rather than deciding it for you.
Fresh mobility limits after discharge make travel harder for some patients and manageable for others. We offer both options so the choice is yours.
