Retraining movement, balance and daily function after stroke, nerve injury and neurological conditions.
Rehab & Revive offers neuro physiotherapy and neurological rehabilitation at our Phase 7, Mohali clinic and via home visits across Mohali and Chandigarh. We work with people recovering from stroke, living with balance problems or Parkinson's disease, and managing nerve and movement conditions. Appointments: +91 77728-00068.
Neuro physiotherapy is physiotherapy for people whose movement is affected by the brain, spinal cord, or nerves. After a stroke or nerve injury — or with conditions such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or peripheral neuropathy — the body often needs help re-learning how to balance, walk, reach, and manage everyday tasks.
It is not a fixed routine. The aim is to understand the specific movement your body is struggling with, then rebuild it in small, repeatable steps — hands-on guidance during a session combined with a home programme you can actually keep up with.
Neurological rehabilitation is generally a team effort. Where a neurologist, physician, or surgeon is involved in your care, we coordinate with them so the physiotherapy plan fits the medical plan.
These are the areas people most often come to us for. If your condition is not listed, ask — the assessment is what shapes the plan.
Retraining balance, weight transfer, walking, and use of the affected arm after a stroke — starting once your doctor clears you for rehabilitation.
A structured balance retraining programme — leg and core strength, safe balance challenges, and recovery from a stumble — matched to what is actually driving the unsteadiness.
Helping you keep moving for longer — walking, turning, getting up from a chair — in coordination with your neurologist's care.
Rebuilding grip, coordination, and everyday hand use after a stroke, nerve injury, or surgery affecting the arm and hand.
Getting in and out of bed, chairs and vehicles safely, and building the strength and confidence behind daily movement.
Managing numbness, weakness, and altered sensation — for example from diabetic neuropathy or nerve entrapment — to protect function and prevent further loss.
Your first session is an assessment, not a treatment. Your physiotherapist will ask about your diagnosis, your current movement, and what you want to get back to doing — then assess balance, strength and how you move, before agreeing a plan.
Treatment combines hands-on guidance with task-specific practice. We break each goal into small, repeatable steps, progress you at a realistic pace, and build a home programme around the movements that matter to you. Neuro rehabilitation works best as a consistent habit, so we keep the plan simple enough to sustain.
We do not over-promise on outcomes. Progress with neurological conditions can be gradual, and the value of treatment is the movement and independence you keep — which is real even when the underlying condition does not change.
Many neurological conditions make travelling to a clinic genuinely difficult — especially in the early weeks after a stroke or a fall. We bring the same neurological rehabilitation to your home across Mohali and Chandigarh, with priority coverage near our Phase 7, Sector 61 base.
A home session also lets us work with your actual environment — the bed, the bathroom, the stairs you use every day — which is often where the biggest gains are made.
Our clinic is at 1824, Ground Floor, Sector 61, Phase 7, Mohali. Home visits and clinic appointments cover Phase 7, Sector 61, Phase 5, Phase 10 & 11, and the wider Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar area, plus Chandigarh. Call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you and when.
Some neurological symptoms are emergencies. Seek urgent medical attention immediately if you or a family member experience any of the following:
Physiotherapy has an important role in recovery, but these situations need medical assessment first. This list is general safety guidance, not a way to self-diagnose — if in doubt, seek medical care.
Tell us about the condition and what you are working towards. We will book the right assessment — at the clinic or at your home.
